Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

VZGLOBAL (hereinafter "Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter "Policy") to protect the information (hereinafter "personal information") of individuals (hereinafter "users") who use the services (hereinafter "VZ WATT") provided by the Company, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter "Information and Communications Network Act"), and other relevant laws, and to promptly and efficiently handle user complaints regarding personal information protection.

Article 2 (Principles of Personal Information Processing)

The Company may collect users' personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws and this Policy, and the collected personal information may be provided to third parties only with the user's consent. However, in cases where legally required, the Company may provide a user's personal information to third parties without prior consent.

Article 3 (Disclosure of this Policy)

1. The Company discloses this Policy through the VZ WATT main screen or linked screens so that users can easily check it at any time. This Policy is disclosed through the Terms and Conditions consent screen during VZ WATT membership registration and through the settings screen.
2. When disclosing this Policy pursuant to Paragraph 1, the Company utilizes font size, color, etc., to ensure users can easily identify the Policy.

Article 4 (Changes to this Policy)

1. This Policy may be revised in accordance with changes in privacy-related laws, guidelines, notifications, or government or Company service policies or content.
2. When revising this Policy pursuant to Paragraph 1, the Company will announce it through one or more of the following methods:
   • Notification through the VZ WATT main screen's announcements or separate window
   • Written notification, fax, email, or similar method of notification to users
3. The Company will provide notice of any changes to this Policy at least 7 days prior to implementation. However, for significant changes to user rights, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.

Article 5 (Information for Membership Registration)

The Company collects the following information for user membership registration:

1. Required information: Name, date of birth, email, address, contact information, wallet address, electric vehicle charging card information, electric vehicle charging history information
2. Optional information: Vehicle type, vehicle color, vehicle registration number
3. If consent is refused, services related to VZ WATT transmission and point linking with the provider may be restricted.

Article 6 (Methods of Personal Information Collection)

The Company collects users' personal information through the following methods:
